Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Operations Specialist to support daily operations and ensure a seamless client experience. The role requires strong communication skills, responsiveness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries across multiple channels (chat, email, phone) in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up on and resolve customer tickets, ensuring proper documentation and closure within defined SLAs.
- Support day-to-day operational processes to maintain smooth business operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Tech, Compliance, Finance) to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Monitor transactions and flag any discrepancies or suspicious activities in line with company policies.
- Assist in onboarding processes, including KYC checks and documentation review.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and operational activities.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate customer issues, document findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare reports and dashboards, turning data into actionable insights
- Support reporting and track key operational metrics when needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, or a similar role (FinTech/Banking is a must).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and sense of ownership.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with BI dashboards is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data and digital tools
- Interest in Product, technology, and continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken).
